In special circumstances, we will refund you the same amount as the product price (the shipping fee should be borne by you, not refundable).
- For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or cancel the order.
- To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
